Cancel Membership
You may cancel your recurring Elite City Complex membership online. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Your current access may continue through the paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated for cause.
Cancellation Terms
Cancel any time before your next renewal date to stop future billing. Cancellations submitted within 3 days of your membership start date are eligible for a full refund — processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. After 3 days, the current billing period is not automatically refunded.
